We have used Countryside Rentals to rent a specific cottage on Square Pond for over 8 years now. Airbnb doesn’t give us the experience that Countryside does. Their new agent had their first season during the COVID pandemic of 2020 and she handled us like she knew us. Our family would never recommend anyone else!

COUNTRYSIDE RENTALS is fully aware of the challenges everyone is experiencing with the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how this is affecting the upcoming Summer Rental Season here in the Lakes Region of Southern Maine. Effective immediately, we are continuing to accept applications for Summer Weekly Rentals (from June through October) and the accompanying deposits. Please be advised that in the event either the State or Federal Government issues a directive prohibiting short-term weekly rentals, we will certainly refund any and all deposits, with no penalty or service charge.
